Overnight oats
This is an easy no-cook breakfast which your children can help you assemble the night before. It sets in the fridge overnight and is ready when you wake up.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries, lightly crushed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.) (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt, milk, berries and honey. Divide amongst 4 little jam jars or ramekins and sprinkle over the seeds if using. Place in the fridge to chill overnight.
